Rental Policy Highlights

• Check-in is between 3:00pm. Check-out by 11:00am.
• Maps to the cabin and other instructions are supplied with your reservation confirmation package.
• Rental rate is for 1 - 4 people. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, check (with ID), money order, or cash.
• Security deposit is $150 for up to 3 nights with an additional $50 for every additional 1 or 2 nights.
• Housekeeping fees are generally $75, but may vary. See our rental policy for details.
• Fannin County charges a 10% occupancy tax on all cabin rentals.
• There is a 2 night minimum stay, and a 4 night minimum for the 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays. The month of October and all other major holidays have a 3 night minimum stay.
• We are small pet friendly; however there are additional charges. Please read our pet policies carefully.
• No smoking allowed within the premises, strictly enforced.  Any violation of this policy will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit.
• Any damages, theft, or extradordinary cleaning expenses will be documented and billed to the rentor.
• To cancel a reservation, you must call our cabin management company and abide by their cancellation policy.
• No Shows are liable for the full rental fees.  Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well.  Sorry, No Exceptions.
